We offer several ways for residential and business customers to access important information about trash pickup services: Our professional staff is only a phone call away and can answer any questions you may have; our website is updated regularly and has schedules, information and more for your convenience; and, The Trash Company offers customers a convenient app to manage their services.

The Trash Company app can be downloaded from your preferred app provider and will provide you schedule information for garbage pickup and recycling services, contact information, and online bill payments.

Garbage pickup days and holiday schedules are listed on the app for your address so there’s no missing a trash collection date or holiday schedule adjustment. To help customers lessen the impact on the local landfill, tips and advice are also offered on the app to instruct customers how to reuse, recycle and dispose of wasteful materials. Pickup dates are also customizable for customers who may have different trash collection needs than others.

The app's Waste Wizard feature provides detailed information about recyclables and how to properly prepare them for pickup. This is a convenient way to get the most recyclables out of the waste stream to lengthen the life of the landfill and be environmentally aware.

The app also features a quick and easy way for customers to pay online. Paying your bill and tracking usage doesn’t need to take any more than a click after users set up a mobile billpay account.
